![]() ![]() THEY have forced me to have a bad attitude about the company and their products, plus the lack of customer service (trying to keep one happy ). I have no recourse to go after the Griffin store, its gone, and Matthews is unwilling to help me with the problem. Their explanation was that the dealer in Griffin purchased the bow from another dealer out of Texas because they had pulled his dealership to sell their bows. I told them I had the receipt and paper work for the purchase of the bow but that didn't matter. Matthews called and told me my bow was used and would not warranty anything. Everything was going smoothly, my problem was going to be resolved until I gave them the serial # off my bow. ![]() I now had an issue with the bow so I contact Matthews to resolve the matter. I bought a Matthews LX from Griffin Outdoors before he sold the business.
